Cookery Demonstration – using local food from Thornbury Farmers Market

Building from the success of the 'Cooking With Local Food' event earlier this year top chef, Ron Faulkner, of Ronnies Restaurant has kindly agreed to lend his expertise again to show us how to cook some great dishes with the best local ingredients available.

Ron will doing two or three demonstations throughout the morning, which also is the same day as the Farmers Market, held in St Mary’s Centre on the 1st and 3rd Thursday of the month.

This event is sponsored by Ronnies Restaraunt, South Glos Council, Thornbury Farmers Market and The St Mary Centre.

Ronnie’s uses local food where possible, ensuring the menu is kept seasonal, and this demonstration will use food sourced from the Thornbury Farmers Market.

This event is part of the South Gloucestershire Local Food & Drink Festival.
