Meeting once a week for six weeks these courses are led by Chocolate Fairies – women who have taken part in a full Beyond Chocolate training and, importantly, women like you who have ’been there’ themselves. At the first session, after meeting the other women you’ll be working with, you’ll get started on a journey that will change your relationship with food and your body – forever!

During the course, your Chocolate Fairy will lead you, step by step, through the Beyond Chocolate principles whilst mini ‘try this at home’ tasks will encourage you to explore each one in turn.

The six week course offers a unique opportunity to experiment with the Principles and return the following week to discuss challenges and ask further questions as you tailor Beyond Chocolate to your life.
