Wildfowl & Wetlands Trust Slimbridge is the headquarters of the Wildfowl & Wetlands Trust. 24th, 25th and 26th May, Churchend Lane, Tortworth estate GL12 8LJ There will be Steam Engines - Full Size & Miniature, Fair Organs including, appearing all the way from Holland - Victory - the world's largest touring concert organ, celebrating its 5th Anniversary with a repertoire that ranges from modern pop and rock songs by artists such as Robbie Williams and Queen, to classics by Beethoven and Mozart. Movie soundtracks like Titanic, James Bond and Star Wars are also included in the virtually endless play list. Standing 5.5 Metres high and 10 Metres long it is a truly impressive sight. May 30th-June 1st, Rose Cottage, Shellards Lane, Alveston Open to the public each day from 10am until 4pm. Entry is free on the Friday, while on Saturday and Sunday the entry charge is £2 per person. Plants will be available for sale, and Jekka will be giving a lecture on: "Fresh Herbal Teas".
