Hire of hall inclusive of equipment and facilities

Entire (or part) weekend (4 sessions or more)                              £100.00*

For sessions marked * a signed and completed booking form plus a prior minimum deposit of £15.00 for villagers and £30.00 for outside the village is required on the hire of the hall

This deposit will only be refunded if the hall is left clean and tidy, Mr and Mrs Bryant’s decision being final.  The key will not be handed over until full payment (deposit and booking fee) has been made.

Hire of Equipment

Chairs                              50p each

Tables                        £2.50 each

Tea Urn                     £5.00

A deposit of £20 will be required for any equipment hired and will not be refunded unless the equipment is returned in a clean condition.

The hirer will be responsible for any damages and full replacement of broken or damaged items.

Arrangements for booking the Hall or hiring of equipment are made with the caretakers Mr and Mrs G Bryant, Longcross View, Cromhall, Tel 01454 294452.

No 18th or 21st Birthdays allowed.
